Responsibilities
- Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the architectural vision for the company, with a focus on long-term scalability and sustainability across our platforms.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape technology investments and innovation, ensuring architectural principles are aligned with business outcomes.
- Analytics & Data Architecture: Lead the technical strategy for complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives, designing robust and future-proof analytics platforms.
- Governance & Standards: Set the architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks to be used by all engineering teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Solution Architecture: Provide hands-on architectural expertise to solve critical business challenges and guide teams in implementing robust, scalable solutions.
- Mentorship & Industry Influence: Mentor senior engineers and architects within the organization and represent Cadent's technology vision within the wider Ad Tech industry.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience defining and evolving enterprise-wide architecture in a high-growth, data-intensive industry, preferably Ad Tech.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives from design to implementation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of large-scale system architecture, Python, and cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred, AWS a plus).
- Deep understanding of data architecture, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and designing for high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with a diverse technology landscape, including languages like Java/.NET and modern enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a technical vision to all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
- A passion for innovation and the ability to influence, lead, and mentor others.
Pay
The salary range for this role is USD $250,000.00 - USD $350,000.00 /Yr.
