Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Investigate and process error disputes using software in a timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible for processing all error disputes received from locations or directly from customers.
- Conduct investigations of error disputes in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Aid in customer inquiries, responding through various forms of communication.
- Maintain awareness of customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Attend to duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications relevant to banking systems.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Two or more years of banking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of banking systems, products, and services is advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or move and position items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Starting Rate of Pay
From $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
