Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and dispense raw materials according to manufacturing instructions and batch records.
- Verify material name, lot number, status label, and required quantity before dispensing.
- Operate weighing scales and dispensing equipment accurately and safely.
- Label and transfer dispensed materials to production areas.
- Maintain material traceability throughout the dispensing process.
- Complete dispensing records and related documentation accurately and legibly.
- Record material quantities and lot numbers in accordance with company procedures.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or material issues to supervisors.
GMP & Compliance
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Prevent cross-contamination by adhering to approved cleaning and handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensing area.
Safety
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Safely handle powders, liquids, and other cosmetic raw materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No college degree required.
- Experience: Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read and understand basic English instructions, material labels, and batch documentation; experience working in a manufacturing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical production environment; experience using weighing scales or material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.
Work Schedule
Full-time position. Shift work and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Pay Range
The anticipated compensation range is 10.00 - 35.00 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
