Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate position at Be. Cannabis Store is part-time and focuses on assisting customers with the acquisition of cannabis products and educating them about various cannabis options.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective, new, and returning customers
• Aid/educate customers in selecting products
• Provide a menu of available cannabis products and current specials
• Access and confirm customer records, identity, and eligibility to purchase
• Receive payment, record transactions in POS and state allotment systems
• Provide customers with printed information materials
• Assist dispensary managers with product inventory audits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Experience with electronic records preferred
• Ability to work independently, coordinate tasks, prioritize work
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Effective cash handling and communication skills
• Computer proficiency to learn software
