Dispatcher Part-Time

Maitz Home Services, a dynamic, rapidly‑growing HVAC and Plumbing company, is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher to join our team at the Allentown, PA location. Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians
• Review and optimize routes
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure all ticket information is entered correctly in the computer system
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered
• Follow up on part orders
• Schedule appointments for part installation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of office/customer service experience (dispatch experience preferred)
• Professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all types of customers
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to plan and schedule work rather than just react
• Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software

Schedule

Available shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; plus one Sunday per month 7:30
