Job Summary

Dispatcher Full-Time Rotating Weekends
Full Benefits package including Medical, PTO, and 401K
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12 PM to 8 PM / rotating weekends (typically several times out of year)
Training required in Eau Claire, WI
Must be available for in-office meetings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating drivers and equipment
• Making real-time schedule adjustments
• Communicating with team members quickly and clearly
• Juggling priorities without compromising quality
• Working closely with Dispatch Leads and Regional Managers
• Keeping accurate records

What We're Looking For

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Cool under pressure
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with dispatching software
• Available to work overnight and on rotating weekends
• A team player who's dependable and quick-thinking
