About the role

This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll coordinate field technicians, communicate real-time updates, strategically schedule HVAC start-ups, and act as the critical link between techs, managers, and builder reps. Your work ensures every job runs smoothly through clear communication, detailed logs, and smart multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time
• Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories
• Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly

Requirements

• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
• Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-moving priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and looking for more than “just a job”
• Evening availability is required
• Bonus if you have experience in dispatching or HVAC, but it’s not a deal-breaker

Pay

$18.00 per hour (starting pay).
