Dispatcher - Nights

About the role

This isn’t just a desk job — it’s the heartbeat of our field operations. As a Dispatcher at Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, you’ll coordinate and support our team of field technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routes
• Communicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real time
• Strategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territories
• Act as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder reps
• Keep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothly

Requirements

• Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
• Skilled at multitasking and managing fast-moving priorities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ServiceTitan, BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and looking for more than “just a job”
• Evening availability is required

Bonus if you have experience in dispatching or HVAC, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

Pay

Starting pay - $18.00 per hour

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
