About The Job As the Dispatcher / Flex Material Handler, you will support daily production flow by physically and electronically moving production lots through inspection and related work centers while ensuring accuracy of travelers, labels, and documentation. This role also provides secondary support to flex manufacturing operations through material preparation, issuing, and basic inventory transactions to ensure uninterrupted production. RESPONSIBILITIES – Dispatcher (Primary) Move production lots between inspection, QC/MRB, and work centersVerify travelers, labels, and FGI tickets for accuracyScan and enter job data into manufacturing systemsEnsure correct packaging and documentationMaintain inspection packaging suppliesSupport inspection and workflow improvement efforts RESPONSIBILITIES – Flex Material Handler (Secondary) Cut raw materials per job travelersIssue correct material quantities to jobsPerform Epicor and MES transactionsAssist with cycle counts and inventory controlMaintain material storage and traceability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing or material handling experience preferredERP/MES experience (Epicor preferred)Strong attention to detail and time management Benefits Competitive Pay with Bonus PotentialEmployee Stock Ownership20 Vacation Days + 10 Holidays401k with Company MatchTuition Assistance Program Salary Range: $17.50-$22.75/hour This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
