DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Westview Concrete Corp. is seeking a full-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our construction team in the Olmsted Falls, OH area.

About the role

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep, you ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You take orders from customers, schedule jobs, coordinate the daily schedule for our drivers, and dispatch orders to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely manner.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: half-day

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• 2 years of experience in ready-mix dispatching
• Some scheduling experience

Qualifications

• Strong communicator – effectively takes orders and communicates with customers
• Reliable – keeps accurate records and schedules of customer appointments
• Organized – ensures all customers are serviced in a timely manner
