Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As the right hand to our Operations Manager, you are essential to the efficient performance of our office and warehouse. You manage activities involved in the production of goods and services. This includes managing the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. You are always looking at the big picture, even as you examine the details. In addition to keeping our business running smoothly, you also ensure that our customers are happy!

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
• Enter purchase orders and process invoices
• Multi-task various duties such as ordering parts, customer service, and dispatching technicians
• Provide top-notch customer service and actively listen to customers to ensure their needs are met

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience using a multi-phone system
• HVAC background with leading roles
• Ability to multi-task various duties such as ordering parts, customer service, and dispatching technicians
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
• HVAC industry experience desired but not required

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive wage of $18 - $22 / hour
• Monday-Friday, 10 am - 7 pm schedule with remote on-call weekend schedule
