Job Roles
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Communicating with technicians
- Ordering parts for technicians
- Scheduling customers
- Entering customer data
- Varying administrative duties
- Rotating weekend on call schedule with other dispatchers
Requirements
- A positive attitude
- Comfortable on the phone
- Past call center or customer service experience (a plus)
- HVAC experience (not required)
- Minimum level of proficiency with computers
- A high school diploma
