Dispatcher - Customer Service 10 PM to 6 AM

About the role

You’ll be the go-to person making sure drivers, vehicles, and schedules are in sync, whether it’s a planned route or a last-minute shift in the game plan. Think of yourself as the mission control for our nighttime crew.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating drivers and equipment like a boss
• Making real-time adjustments to schedules
• Communicating quickly and clearly with team members
• Juggling priorities without breaking a sweat
• Working closely with Dispatch Leads & Regional Managers to stay ahead of the curve
• Keeping accurate records because... details matter

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations (eCourier)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Cool under pressure (you don’t panic when plans change—because they will)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using dispatching software
• Available to work overnight and on rotating weekends
• A team player who’s dependable and quick-thinking
