Responsibilities

• Manage the loading and unloading of school buses to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during bus operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bus yard.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and other staff members.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on buses as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with school bus operations preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
