Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor drivers throughout their routes
- Communicate specific instructions to drivers in the field regarding passenger pick-ups and drop-offs
- Aid in investigating and resolving customer concerns
- Maintain traffic flow and send out alerts as needed
- Record incidents for vendor follow-up
- Support Lost and Found process
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies, safety rules, environmental policies, and/or government regulations
Skills Required
- 1+ years of professional experience working in one or more of the following capacities: dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality
- Extremely detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs
- Provide quick real time responses to requests
- Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills
- Exude a professional and energetic demeanor while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred but not required
- CDL preferred but not required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
