Dispatcher

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate service requests between customers, service technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Cook up incoming customer service requests with service technicians and other internal personnel to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, preventative maintenance, service projects, and appointments.
• Provide technicians with accurate and complete information needed to successfully complete assigned service calls.
• Maintain and update data received through service technicians' mobile applications.
• Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure consistent coverage and seamless dispatch operations.
• Provide additional support and complete tasks as directed by the Dispatch Supervisor.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of dispatch and/or administrative experience.
• Previous experience in a construction, field service, or other high-performance service environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with service or dispatch software is a plus.
