A dispatcher plays a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service. The team is built on a foundation of respect, ongoing education, and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Provide one-on-one training of new dispatchers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• 9 months experience ***preferred.***
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
• Proficient with IT systems, phone systems, and CRM software; strong typing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
