About the role
The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Responsibilities
- Aid in executing daily operations plans that align with client specifications and priorities.
- Provide leadership, training, and oversight for on-site workforce to ensure daily operational goals are met.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive operational and personnel matters.
- Aid in team briefings and focused discussions, keeping employees informed of updates and expectations.
- Support the leadership team with managing daily tasks, including mission assignments, meetings, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to improve processes and service delivery.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience dispatching.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
