About the role

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our high-energy, fast-paced team. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling driver routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. This role requires dynamic, career-minded individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers' routes and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and assign runs to drivers
• Ensure drivers count money collected and record delivery times on bills
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries
• Assist drivers with route navigation and other job-related challenges
• Update customers on the status of their orders via phone
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Accurately follow written and verbal directions
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
• Collaborate well with staff and supervisors
• Open availability, flexibility to work various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Must meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years or older)
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures
• Ability to secure and transfer cash or other assets
