About the role

We are hiring immediately for a dispatch role in a fast-paced environment. This position involves coordinating approximately 14 service technicians and delivery drivers while managing changing priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Experience dispatching service technicians and delivery drivers.
• Coordinate and manage priorities for technicians and drivers in a dynamic environment.
• Use Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) systems; experience with other dispatch or scheduling software will be considered.
• Utilize intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and GPS systems.
• Apply knowledge of truck dispatching, local fleet management, and DOT regulations (highly preferred).
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to interpret operator manuals and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Exhibit excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to prioritize urgent customer needs.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technicians, drivers, customers, and branch leadership.
• Focus on customer needs with a sense of urgency and commitment to keeping equipment operational and customers productive.
• Remain composed, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a high-volume service environment.

Requirements

• Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD) systems experience preferred; other dispatch or scheduling software experience considered.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and GPS systems.
• Truck dispatching, local fleet management, and DOT regulations knowledge highly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret operator manuals and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting.

Pay

Pay is dependent on experience and includes a quarterly performance bonus. Paid weekly.

Schedule

Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (morning shift, overtime eligible).
