About the role
As a Dispatcher, you will manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards. Includes responsibility for reporting, scheduling, and supports customer service/sales goals of the business unit.

- Handle reporting and scheduling duties
- Support customer service and sales goals of the business unit
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment
- Experience in role applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Skills
- Customer Service & dispatch training a plus
- Working knowledge of the delivery area
- Effective communication
Physical demands
- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
- Lifting 50 pounds or more
- Working indoors/outdoors when required by the job

Pay
Base Pay Range: $56,304.00 – $77,418.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
