Dispatcher

About the role

As a Dispatcher, you will manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards. Includes responsibility for reporting, scheduling, and supports customer service/sales goals of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers
• Oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards
• Handle reporting and scheduling duties
• Support customer service and sales goals of the business unit

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment
• Experience in role applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

Skills

• Customer Service & dispatch training a plus
• Working knowledge of the delivery area
• Effective communication

Physical demands

• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching
• Lifting 50 pounds or more
• Working indoors/outdoors when required by the job

Pay

Base Pay Range: $56,304.00 – $77,418.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
