This position is located at UTMB HEALTH - UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS MEDICAL BRANCH and is a full-time role with a pay range of $13.50 per hour. Workdays and shifts will be afternoon/evenings, varying days, with more details provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher at Sodexo, you are a vital part of Sodexo's operational success. You will provide dispatching and clerical support duties for the department.

• Receive documents, prioritize, and coordinate service requests such as patient transport, maintenance requests, non-routine housekeeping, nutrition services and late trays
• May assign service workers and/or drivers to transport customers to their desired location within or off-site of the facility
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

• 1 year of related experience in hospital or extended care facility
• Familiar with OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
