Dispatcher

Job Summary

Future Tech Consultants of NY (FTC), a SOCOTEC Company, is seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler with or without experience in Inspection scheduling to manage the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees
• Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates
• Direct/schedule field inspectors and communicate with clients daily via phone and email
• Monitor inspectors, handle paperwork, and enter correct information into the system

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office/computer literate
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer focused and team oriented
• Proactive, self-starter, problem solver
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize while keeping an eye on detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of NYC and the 5 boroughs a MUST
