About the role

Prestige Transportation & Overland Chauffeured Services is expanding and seeking additional team members. This role is fast-paced and requires a special person with qualities of a Five-Star employee.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Dispatch Grid: Monitor the schedule and trip progress, adjust trips/schedules, and ensure clients' vehicles arrive on time.
• Reservations: Help with overflow calls, enter reservations, and provide proper training in reservation systems.
• Emails/Inbox: Respond to emails and compose dispatch reports summarizing the shift with pertinent information.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in a dispatching role.
• Professional phone experience with good listening skills.
• Reservation systems experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Time management skills both professionally and personally.
• Positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Team player.
• Pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with reservation systems or the ability to quickly learn the technology.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Computer savvy with dispatching systems.
• Ability to work independently.
