Dispatcher
Summary Of Duties
Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of our technicians. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Record and reports service calls.
- Participates in training for professional development.
- Updates customers on technician progress.
- SUBMIT WORK ORDERS.
- Processes work order invoices.
- COLLECTS ON CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
- PROCESS TECHNICIAN WORK ORDERS.
- HANDLES DISPATCHING FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS.
- PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS AND TECHNICIANS.
- BE AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Preferred Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- HVAC experience preferred.
- Dispatching Experience.
