Responsibilities

• Greet technicians each morning
• Dispatch same-day service requests
• Problem solve same-day field issues
• Manage emergency response requests
• Communicate same-day capacity/routing updates to Inside Sales
• Proactively route work orders for 7+ days out
• Clear crews at end-of-day, verify completed jobs
• Actively listen and address team inquiries and concerns
• Auxiliary support for Inside Sales with incoming customer calls and scheduling

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience in Dispatch/Logistics required
• 1+ year previous experience in customer service or other customer focused fields required
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
• Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
• Accurate, organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Geographical knowledge of the state of Michigan is a plus
• Advanced problem-solving skills is a plus
• Ability to work some weekends
