Mister Sparky of Myrtle Beach has been providing residential electrical work since 2010 in Conway, SC. The company has since expanded to plumbing and opened additional locations, aiming to be the largest and most dependable service company in its service areas.

About the role

This position dispatches all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and servicing clients
• Makes every effort to compress call scheduling effectively, maximizing productivity and revenue
• Notifies clients ahead of time if the electrician is not going to arrive within the scheduled time window
• Re-schedules appointment times at the client’s convenience as necessary
• Communicates with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to arrange efficient delivery of parts to electricians
• Strictly adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule to ensure the right electrician is sent to the right appointment
• Shares responsibility to ensure all electricians arrive at their designated appointments on time
• Debriefs with electricians upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
• Enters equipment type and age information for systems into Service Titan
• Answers incoming client telephone calls, recognizing this is where the client forms their first impression of the company
• Ensures each telephone call is answered before the third ring and uses the approved company greeting and script
• Calls Agreement Membership clients to book scheduled service appointments to make up for any shortfall of repair calls

Pay

$17–20 per hour, based on experience
