Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally.
• Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts.
• Accurate data entry of the company computer systems.
• Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations.
• Works with team members to solve problems.
• Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
• Demonstrates high resource utilization.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient communicator (English proficiency required).
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay

• $18.00/hr + bonus (excess of $500/month)

Schedule

• Nights: 5P–5A (12-hour shifts) | 4 ON / 4 OFF
• Days: Sat/Sun 7A–7P and Monday/Friday 9A-7P
