About the role
The Dispatcher at Jazz Home Services is responsible for dispatching technicians, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to HVAC/Plumbing products and services.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch our technicians to customer homes
- Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
- Selling products and services to existing customers
- Handling calls from overflow
- Dispatching maintenance technicians to customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 1+ year of dispatching experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation
- Computer/software knowledge a plus
Physical Demands
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50%
- May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
Pay
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $26-$30 plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
