About the role
We are a growing sewer and drain company specializing in sewer repairs, drain cleaning, and trenchless pipe lining. Our team is committed to fast response times, quality service, and clear communication. We’re looking for a reliable Dispatcher to help coordinate our daily operations and keep our crews running efficiently.
Position Overview
We need dispatchers for the following shifts:
- Evening shift: Full Time 12PM-8PM Monday-Friday
- Weekend Shift: Part Time 9AM-7PM. Saturday-Sunday
- We are open to creating a combo as well
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and project jobs
- Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive work
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Cookordinate with sales, project coordinators, and field crews
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling/CRM software
- Ensure efficient routing to maximize productivity
- Filing
- Cleaning
- Others as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred (home services a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in plumbing, sewer, HVAC, or construction industries
- Knowledge of local service areas and routing
