Dispatcher
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians
- Optimize routes based on incoming call reviews
- Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enter ticket information accurately into the computer system
- Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered
- Follow up on part orders
- Schedule appointments for part installation
Requirements
- Minimum of two years office/customer service experience (preferred)
- A professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- A strong customer service attitude
- Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react
- Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information
- Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software
