Dispatcher
About the role
At EquipmentShare, we’re hiring a Dispatcher at our rental facility in Pecos, TX. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, at the hiring manager's discretion based on experience. The primary responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service, coordinating dispatch requests, managing driver schedules, and monitoring hours.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of customer service with all customers
- Cookordination and initiation of customer dispatch requests and changes with sales team and other departments
- Cookordination and management of final dispatch responsibilities, scheduling drivers to pick up and deliver equipment to and from customers
- Monitor drivers hours and scheduling for availability to cover delivery responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external partners
- Proficient with spreadsheets, email tools, and comfortable with learning new technology
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry
- At least 1-2 years general dispatch experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is highly desired
- Possess a valid driver’s license

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.
