Fast-Paced Operations. Real-Time Decision Making. Critical Support Role.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day
• Manage route schedules and assignments
• Track route completion and driver status
• Communicate service changes and issues
• Sustain operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or service operations
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Able to work under time-sensitive conditions
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule based on operational needs
