About the role
Clean Energy is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will play a crucial role in managing customer and technician communications, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate emergency and non-emergency service requests from customers, technicians, or sites through various communication channels.
- Communicate and prioritize issues related to equipment at each location, establishing priorities and escalating critical matters as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all actions comply with Call Center guidelines and SLAs.
- Function within Field Service and Customer Relationship software, demonstrating strong multitasking, computer, and data entry skills.
- Provide empathetic and calm responses under pressure, communicating the situation and urgency to technicians or field management.
- Work remotely if living far from our Newport Beach headquarters, and may work onsite or remote during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, and some holidays.
- Periodically travel to local CNG and LNG stations as part of your duties.
- Display forward-thinking skills to foster a win-win scenario for all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience dispatching and understanding of mechanics and compressor operations.
- Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Dynamics programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in writing professional emails, texts, and chats.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and previous experience with dispatching, field service, or maintenance management systems is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Skills
- Dispatching experience.
- Understanding of mechanics and compressor operations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficient typing skills (at least 45-50 wpm).
- Familiarity with Field Service Operations.

Pay and Schedule
- Hourly range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Friday through Tuesday, 6 pm to 3 am.
- Option to work remotely if living far from headquarters.

- This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
- Previous experience with dispatching, field service, or maintenance management systems is preferred.
- Training will be provided and is a requirement.
