Dispatcher

Core Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee the scheduling of our tanker fleet, guaranteeing prompt and efficient delivery services
• Operate as the principal communication intermediary between drivers, clients, and internal teams
• Keep watch on driver routes and furnish real-time resolutions to logistical dilemmas
• Promote adherence to company policies and transportation regulations
• Keep precise records of all dispatch activities, including monitoring of delivery status and documentation

Requirements

• A proven track record as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics sector
• A solid grasp of geography, particularly in the Midwest and surrounding areas
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to converse with a wide range of individuals
• Expertise in dispatch software and strong computer proficiency
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and make decisions in a hectic setting
• A willingness to be flexible with work hours, prepared to step in during various shifts as required
• A steadfast commitment to safety and a clean driving record
