About the role
The Customer Service Representative at Air Tech of Houston is part of a growing and dedicated Customer Support team. This position offers an hourly wage plus opportunities for spiffs and commissions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer databases and troubleshoot server issues
- Manage and resolve priority bookings
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls
- Schedule technicians for installations and service calls
- Ensure clear communication with team and customers
- Support logistics to keep trucks on the road and technicians on-site
- Help ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Call Center or Customer Support experience (1+ years required)
- Industry knowledge and experience with Service Titan (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn

- Must pass background check and drug screening
