Dispatch Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing and dispatching company vehicles and personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services. Oversee team performance and handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle dispatch and schedules
• Oversee team performance and conduct performance evaluations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience in logistics or transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with fleet management software
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
