About the role

We are immediately hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in Elkridge, MD for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones
  • Maintains records or logs
  • Verifies completion and accuracy of information
  • Sets up and maintains files and records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

Pay

  • Pay Type: Non-Exempt / Paid Weekly
  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 based on experience
  • Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work overtime occasionally

  • The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.
  • The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
  • Compensation ranges for the position are below:
  • Pay Type : Hourly
  • Minimum Pay Range: 20.00
  • Maximum Pay Range: 20.00
