Dispatch Assistant/Driver Check In (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching to satisfy customers by providing consistent and reliable on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Provide assistance to Drivers, including preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies.
• May be asked to assist with data entry, answering phones, freight reports, driver collection reports, billing, and filling.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skillful in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
