4 PM - 8 PM: Dispatch Assistant/Driver Check In (Part Time)

This is a part-time position in a stable and growing organization with modern facilities, offering a professional, positive, and people-centered work environment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customers by providing consistent and reliable on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Assist the Service Center Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Supervisors
• Provide assistance to Drivers
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies
• May be asked to assist with:
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Freight reports
  • Driver collect reports
  • Billing and filing

Requirements

• Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent keyboarding skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Available to work a 2nd shift schedule
