11 PM - 4 AM: Dispatch Assistant/Driver Check In (Part Time)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 4:00 AM (part-time).

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customers by ensuring consistent and reliable on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Assist the Service Center Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Supervisors.
• Provide assistance to Drivers.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companies.
• May be asked to assist with:
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Freight reports
  • Driver collect reports
  • Billing and filing

Requirements

• Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent keyboarding skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Available to work a 2nd shift schedule.
