What You’ll Do

• Be a compassionate communicator – listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers through emergencies
• Cookside roadside help – dispatch service providers quickly and accurately
• Problem-solve under pressure – think fast, remain calm, and deliver effective solutions in real time
• Provide exceptional service – resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure every customer feels supported
• Stay detail-focused – document interactions accurately and communicate clearly with customers, providers, and clients
