About the role

PerLuxe Travels is hiring a Disney Vacation Specialist to strengthen workflow control across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role focuses on ensuring every handoff within premium travel research shows what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

• Own the Disney Vacation Specialist workflow by routing work to the correct next step.
• Coordinate the workflow by tracking unresolved exceptions through closure.
• Review the workflow to document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
• Maintain the workflow by organizing recurring work by owner and status.
• Track the workflow by checking incoming requests for completeness.

• Use Disney Vacation Specialized Execution and Travel Rule Research confidently.
• Apply status tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in task management, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
