The Cruise Vacation Specialist role is built around a simple objective: help travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows for Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald.
A Typical Day
- Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
- Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems.
- Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
- Tracking open work by resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.

- Another team member can understand the status of a trip from the record alone.

Employment Details
Full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States. Associate level.
Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
