This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States, supporting corporate and leisure travel booking, traveler servicing, account coordination, itinerary, ticketing, and travel operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cruise vacation work involving traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier information, or booking follow-up.
- Maintain accurate confirmations, schedules, traveler notes, service records, and status information required for the workflow.
- Research or verify options, availability, requirements, pricing inputs, or service details and document findings clearly.
- Communicate confirmations, changes, exceptions, and next steps professionally with travelers, suppliers, clients, or internal teams.
- Resolve routine booking or service issues under documented procedures and escalate complex exceptions with a complete activity record.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform cruise vacation specialist work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to maintain reliable internet access and a suitable private workspace.

Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
