Cruise Vacation Specialist
About the Role
This is a hands-on support role at Hallford Travels, focused on helping the team manage travel-related requests from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. The position supports day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Hallford Travels.
Responsibilities
A typical workday may include:
- Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
- Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems.
- Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
- Resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.
What success looks like: Travelers receive timely updates, booking information stays accurate, outstanding requests are followed through, and another team member can understand the status of a trip from the record alone.
Requirements
- Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
- Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
- Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
- Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
- Comfort applying these skills specifically to cruise vacation support, rather than generic administrative work.
Qualifications
Associate level. Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.
Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time. 100% remote within the United States.
