Built in 1882, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers. It offers 329 luxurious guest rooms and suites, and over 63,000 square feet of flexible event space.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, and manage waste.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to support workflow and organization.
• Organize supplies and keep storage areas neat and properly stocked.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.

Pay

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

PM shift: 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am, subject to change due to business needs. Must have weekend and holiday availability.
