Dishwasher Steward
About the role
As a Dishwasher/Steward, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas. You’ll support the culinary team by maintaining sanitation standards and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed. This role is essential to smooth kitchen operations and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
A career as a dishwasher/steward can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as line cook, prep cook, or even kitchen management positions.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized dish pit
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule
PM shift: 3:00/4:00 PM – 11:00 PM/12:00 AM. Weekend availability required.
