Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize and polish all china, glassware, silverware and kitchen utensils to the highest standards, ensuring all items are guest ready and presentation perfect.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, including proper loading, unloading and storage of all items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen and dish areas, including floors, sinks, drains, workstations and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Support the turnover and readiness of service ware for private Suites and Member Salon dining, ensuring timely availability aligned with guest service needs.
- Properly use, store and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals and materials in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Ensure all work meets PS quality expectations, maintaining consistency and precision in cleaning, handling and storage processes.
- Work closely with food & beverage, hospitality and operations teams to support seamless service delivery and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment, chemicals and materials. Report any hazards, equipment issues or incidents promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Uphold confidentiality and operate with discretion in a high profile guest environment.
- Perform physically active work including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Adapt to changing operational demands and support additional duties as required to ensure an uninterrupted and elevated guest experience.
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
- Previous dishwashing, stewarding or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Team oriented mindset with a willingness to support broader operations.
- Able to meet physical demands of the role.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
