Dishwasher/Prep Cook/Short-Order Cook

About the role

This is an hourly position and will provide a well-set schedule with the opportunity to get additional hours as prep and short-order cook.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet for up to 8 hours with minimal breaks
• Handle physical tasks related to restaurant operations
• Lift up to 50lbs without assistance
• Dishwasher duties
• Food prep including peeling, cooking, slicing potatoes, preparing sausage patties, dicing vegetables, cleaning

Requirements

• A minimum education level of a High School diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certified
• 2+ years of prior restaurant experience with some cooking experience preferred
• General kitchen and food prep knowledge required
• Ability to work well with others and function as a team leader
